Refund Policy

Damages and issues 

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues with your order please send us an email at with your order number and a photo of the order you have received. Ensure the bag has not been opened and the photo clearly shows the sweets you have received. If you have opened the pouch, we will be unable to refund/ exchange your items.


We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the items, we are unable to accept returns. If we have made an error with your order let us know and we will get this resolved as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Address changes

Please ensure you provide the correct address details at time of purchase, where possible we can amend the address if required, but once the order has been picked we are unable to change or update the address.

If returned to us due to an address error a reshipping charge will be applied to cover the cost of resending the order or a refund will be applied excluding the original shipping charges.
